With the market being impregnate by the designers of various dexterity, people will see a lack in growth in coming years, if growth is what they think in terms of change of title. But then, this introspection of “Why I want to be in the Design field?” should continue to haunt them. Money is definitely important but can not be the only motivation to ride up the ladder in any job, especially in design. If one works hard, keeps learning and stay humble, he is bound to be noticed and rewarded. If that’s not the case year after year, it’s time to move on from that company/environment.
