I appreciate you taking time and do all the research, crafting screens & even putting all of it together beautifully. It's not easy to take time out of a UXer's busy schedule, kudos to you!

I have a suggestion though. Irrespective of how you evaluate and how best you pitch your ideas for these popular apps, it’s hard to get their attention. They have 200+ UXers/designers on board, perhaps more. I understand this is great to build a portfolio, but think from another angle. If we can all take some time to invest our expertise in areas w here people can’t afford to hire an UX Designer and therefore service is suffered, it will be even more exciting.

I am talking about our local municipal or library or a NGO working with stray animals), or even Covid Vaccination portal or Hospital Bed Availability Tracker App. If we create a better UX for them and provide to them (just pitch, no return expected) that would genuinely help them. At the same time, it will help us build our portfolio.
